Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Admin Officer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to HR and finance departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Job Description:

  1. Manage administrative tasks for HR and finance departments
  2. Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
  3. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  4. Support payroll processing and financial record-keeping

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or finance
