• End Users Service
• Provides desktop support, maintenance, operational support.
• Will be liaise to external vendor that support the infrastructure, and operational projects. Will be responsible for IT service management for the new plant.
• Support project team for IT related infrastructure locally
• Handle ticketing system.

Location: Changi

Work Modality/Shift: Onsite

Standard Office Hours: 8:00 to 5:00 or 8:30 to 5:30
