A leading staffing agency in Singapore seeks a technical support specialist for Cisco Video Conference and Webex devices. The role involves managing conference setups, ensuring system readiness, and providing technical support for events. Candidates should possess a degree in IT and strong experience in video conferencing technology, alongside excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Cisco Video Conference and Webex devices
Manage conference setups, readiness tests, and collaborate with Internal team
Manage Webex Firmware upgrade for VC devices and Laptops
Provide technical support for client-hosted events, ensuring all systems function optimally.
Assist in the pilot activities for MTR rooms
Review and evaluate video conferencing room designs for optimal performance
Conduct daily health checks, monitor faults, and perform preventive maintenance on video systems.
Provisioning New VC devices
Creating requests for changes to facilitate upgrades on on-premises servers and deployments of video conferencing solutions.
Requirements:
Degree in IT or related disciplineStrong experience in supporting Cisco Video Conference, Webex Infrastructure
Familiarity with video system management, including health checks and preventive maintenance.
Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams
Experience in supporting technical events and ensuring system readiness.
Knowledge on Cisco Webex Devices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in monitoring and rectifying technical issues.
