Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join us as Contract Human Resource Assistant (3 Months). The successful candidate will provide support to the HR Department which including general affairs administrations and talent acquisition for operations levels.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Resources Team in employment process including job postings, short listings, coordinating interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation
  • Responsible for the general affairs functions including reception duties and managing the day-to-day office maintenance and support to ensure smooth operations
  • Uniform administrations for new hires onboarding and offboarding
  • Airport Passes application / renewals for employees and visitors
  • Office supplies procurement, quotations and invoice submissions
  • Take on any other ad-hoc HR / GA projects and tasks as assigned by the Management


Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Prior HR related work experience will be an advantage but not required as training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good computing skills including proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to multitask, organized, meticulous and resourceful
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • A team player, highly self-motivated and energetic
