We are looking to hire an entry-level HR Executive !

Job Description:

  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Managing employee separation processes
  • Assignment of individual employees to different roles
  • Processing of payroll in a timely manner.
  • Constructing company policies to minimize conflicts, address legal concerns, and enhance efficiency of employees.
  • Maintaining positive relations with employees and management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Business/Social sciences or other related fields
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
