Job summary

A leading company in the manufacturing sector is looking for an HR Executive (Generalist) to manage various HR functions including training logistics, employee engagement, and recruitment support. This role requires a degree in HR or Business Administration along with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will contribute to payroll, onboarding coordination, and HRIS administration, working in a dynamic office setting.

  • Min. 2 years' experience in HR, generalist function preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Job description

COntract HR Executive (Generalist) - Manufacturing #HHL

Salary: up to $3400
Location: Woodland
Working hours: 5 days office hours

Duration: 1year

  • Maintain training records in Kemin’s system
  • Coordinate internal and external training logistics
  • Manage training grants and liaise with training vendors

2. Employee Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of staff engagement activities (e.g. team events, year-end functions)

3. Recruitment Support

  • Screen resumes and arrange interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials

4. Onboarding Coordination

  • Liaise with new hires on medicals and documentation
  • Set up new hire profiles in SharePoint and HRIS
  • Conduct orientation programs and manage staff announcements
  • Manage work applications/renewals where applicable

5. Payroll & Offboarding

  • Provide payroll inputs and verify payroll details
  • Handle resignations, exit interviews coordination, and system updates

6. HRIS & Administration

  • Manage systems such as SAGE (leave), JustLogin (claims), Citrix 2000 (time clocking)
  • Maintain physical personnel files
  • Process HR-related invoices and vendor coordination (e.g. transport, vending machines)

7. Benefits & Logistics

  • Administer employee benefits and support quarterly staff meetings logistics

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR (generalist function preferred)
  • Experience in amanufacturing environmentis an advantage
