Job description

Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable for another 6 months)
Salary: Up to $4,800/month (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

As an HR Executive (Business Partnering), you will:

• Support end-to-end HR operations within a dynamic HR team
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver HR services smoothly
• Manage the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
• Maintain employee data in HRIS, manage confirmation & contract processes
• Support performance management and payroll administration
• Handle other HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of solid HR experience (not looking for 1–2 years' experience)
• Min. Degree in HRM or general degree with HR postgrad qualifications
• Strong in stakeholder management and HR partnering
