Job summary

Mon–Fri Office Hours

Up to $6,300/month

Duration: 1 year

Location: Pasir Panjang

Key Responsibilities:

Controlling

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for APAC
• Analyze monthly closing results and business performance
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations
• Support audits, reviews, and process improvement initiatives

Accounting

• Reconcile AR collections and maintain accurate records
• Monitor AR ageing and track collection status
• Maintain accrual schedules and post journal entries
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Min. 3 years' experience in Controlling, Auditing, or Accounting
• Familiar with JDE, Oracle Hyperion, or other ERP systems
• Strong in Excel & PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, analytical, hands-on
