Job Description:

• Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business units.
• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts.
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadlines & budget.
• Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/vendors to ensure the work/project is completed within the timeline with minimum disruption.
• Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure all physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned.
• Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Facilities Management / Building Facility.
• Office hours.
• Able to commence on short notice.
