Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a customer support professional to assist clients and internal teams with orders and inquiries. Candidates should have experience in customer service, especially in the life sciences or biotech sectors, and knowledge of SAP is essential. Responsibilities

• Support clients, sales, and internal teams on orders & inquiries.
• Manage customer order releases and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle returns, replacements, and credit requests.
• Liaise with shipping agents and intercompany teams.
• Process orders (email/manual), ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Work closely with Pricing & Contracts on quotations.
• Track and log interactions in SAP/SFDC.
• Provide sales and supply chain admin support when needed.
