Job description

Role Details:

• Locations: Ubi or Greenwich
• Salary:
  Ubi: $13/hour
  Greenwich: $2,400 – $2,800/month ( Rotating Shifts )
• Duration: 4 months, 6 months, or 1-year contract (flexible options)
• Schedule: 5.25-day work week, shift-based (timings shared upon application)

• Handle incoming calls and respond to general public enquiries
• Provide accurate information on government services and assist with requests
• Perform administrative duties such as documentation and data entry
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service in every interaction
• Support additional duties as assigned
