Job description

Our client, a well-known Japanese company, is looking for candidates for the position of Contract Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  1. Creating and reviewing contracts of crude oil and petroleum products (includes Bio resource) for purchase and sales transaction.

  2. Responding to counter proposals and negotiating with counterparties to protect the company's interests.

  3. Liaising with traders to ensure that contract terms are in line with deal intention and consulting with internal legal advisors as necessary.

  4. Team development to build up high core competence to support business expansion.

  5. Taking the lead to execute CA daily processes flawlessly.

  6. Executing CA process improvements from a work efficiency perspective.

  7. Various coordination with HQ, including the Legal department on common issues.

  8. Various coordination with overseas offices on common issues.

  9. Periodic reporting to headquarters and overseas offices.

  10. Carrying out and supporting other administrative duties upon request by management.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma or Degree.

  2. Minimum 5 years of related experience.

  3. Pro-active in taking initiatives.

  4. Motivated and responsible team player.
