Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage phone calls and emails, register visitors, and perform ad-hoc duties. The role requires a commitment of at least three months and offers working hours from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. Ideal candidates will have N Levels and some customer service experience.

Qualifications

  • Min. commitment of 3 months onwards.
  • Candidates with some customer service experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails daily.
  • Registration of visitors/patients at the counter.
  • Commit to OT when business needs arise.

Working hours:

  • 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays) and 9am to 1pm (Saturdays)


Requirement
:
