Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Job Summary:
Join the Finance team to support budgeting, financial modelling, reporting, and cost analysis. This role provides insight to guide operational and strategic decision-making within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly budget vs. actual financial reports
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and reporting
• Support preparation of financial performance dashboards
• Conduct cost variance analysis and provide actionable insights
• Assist in annual budgeting and planning exercises
• Collaborate with department heads on cost control initiatives
• Prepare information and presentations for management meetings and board reviews
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and FP&A projects as requested

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis
• Prior experience in healthcare or public sector preferred, but not required
