Continuous Improvement Process Executive
Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Improve the efficiency of warehouse and admin processes.
  2. Engage with ground staff and leaders to identify processes needing improvement.
  3. Implement continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, improve productivity, safety, and sustainability.
  4. Implement digital tools and techniques to improve efficiency and work environment.
  5. Present projects to customers for approval.
  6. Liaise with internal stakeholders for support and implementation.
  7. Achieve annual cost saving, green saving, and process improvement targets set by management.
  8. Achieve annual continuous improvement target set by the customer.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); proficient or able to learn PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and Python.
  2. Knowledge in warehouse management systems, warehouse operations, and order processing.
  3. Relevant degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or related fields.
  4. Minimum 1-3 years in warehouse operations or logistics services.
  5. Detail-oriented, adaptable, initiative-driven, and organized with strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Expertise in general warehousing processes and operations dashboards.
  7. Strong analytical skills for financial and operational data review, process mapping, KPI monitoring, and delivering data-driven insights.
  8. Creative and innovative problem-solving with experience in improving team performance and operational efficiency.
  9. Effective communication with stakeholders and customers, strong presentation skills, and conflict management expertise.
  10. Skilled in leadership, coaching, and fostering teamwork with a positive and adaptable mindset.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:45pm
