What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage always-on content for social media, ensuring relevance, engagement, and creativity.
  • Craft and execute campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS, and Lemon8.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver strategies that resonate with their audiences.
  • Manage timelines and resources efficiently to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and refine content strategies.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and manage paid media strategies to complement organic content.
  • Mentor and guide junior content planners, fostering their growth and development.

What Youʼll Bring:

  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in social media strategy or content marketing, with proven client management expertise.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a strong design sensibility.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with an international team and clients.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including analytics tools like Meta Business Suite.
  • A strategic mindset and a track record of balancing creativity with performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator (a plus).
  • Leadership qualities and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
