Position Overview
The Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the newly restructured Marketing Team at Group, working to centralize and streamline content efforts across our diverse portfolio of 4 brands. This role involves overseeing content strategy development, execution, and optimization to ensure consistent brand identity, high engagement, and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Team Management:
- Lead and manage the creative and content team, which includes content creators, stylists, photographers, and designers, ensuring they deliver innovative, engaging, and high-quality content. Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, regularly conducting team meetings to review progress, provide direction, and inspire creativity.
- Provide mentorship, professional development, and performance feedback to team members. Support the growth and development of individual team members through goal setting and skills development.
· Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Group's objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Create a long-term and short-term editorial calendar to deliver timely and relevant content across digital platforms.
· Content Creation & Management :
- Lead the content creation, collaborating with writers, designers, photographers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, multimedia-rich content for websites, ads, socials and public relations purposes across all brands
- Ensure all content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and consistent with Group's brand voice and style guidelines.
· Research & Analysis :
- Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Monitor content performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize content strategies.
· Brand Consistency & Compliance :
- Ensure a cohesive brand identity is maintained across all content deliverables, including social media profiles, website content, and marketing communications.
- Regularly audit existing content to ensure relevance, optimization, and alignment with brand guidelines.
· Content Optimization & Repurposing :
- Repurpose and adapt content to suit various platforms and formats, such as social media, video production, and email marketing.
- Update and refresh content to keep it current and engaging.
· Collaboration & Coordination :
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies.
- Manage content repositories and management systems (CMS) to ensure content is organized and easily accessible for future use.
· Staying Current :
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats to enhance 1-Group's content marketing initiatives continually.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content performance
