Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and fastidious Content Strategist to join the most innovative team in the industry to drive digital transformation for our clients’ businesses and provide creative solutions to help brands grow meaningful relationships with people.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the client-servicing and creative teams, as well as fellow strategists from various disciplines, the content strategist will take charge of the research, planning, and development of strategies that support the production of compelling content and creative deliverables.

This is a strategic position that will appeal to those who enjoy researching, learning, and gathering key business and user insights, and in turn, transforming these into visionary springboards to guide creative production. He/she should also be familiar with the stages of a typical consumer (B2B/B2C) journey, in order to oversee and execute a content strategy from end to end. Collaborating closely with internal teams, he/she will be expected to ensure the eventual alignment of audience insights, brand narratives, and creative assets.

Competencies
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in content strategy or content production, with an appropriate portfolio of work that you can talk through during the interview
  • Knowledge of audience research techniques and credible sources of audience insights
  • Ability to establish robust springboards and content strategies, across different audience research sets
  • Understanding of how to build content pillars, messaging frameworks, and editorial calendars, and eventually guide the development of content deliverables that addresses client goals and audience needs
  • A passion for content strategy and an interest in keeping up with content trends and user consumption patterns in this area
  • Experience in regional projects and/or B2B technology brands would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of content management and optimization, which can be applied across various social platforms and SEO/SEM
  • Comfortable collaborating across the different disciplines typically found in a creative/digital agency
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a sense of responsibility toward the work assigned to you
  • Able to visually and verbally communicate your ideas effectively to clients and colleagues alike
  • Comfortable writing both snappy social posts and long-form content, should the need arise
