Job description

JOBSCOPE:

  1. Plan, execute and edit videography/photography services such as marketing videos, interviews, event coverages, live recordings, social media videos, product videos, testimonials etc.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
  3. Post production editing of all related media content for the Company and its clients.
  4. Contribute to the development of content calendars and production timelines.
  5. Plan and execute video/photo shoots, including storyboarding, location scouting, talent coordination, and on-set management.
  6. Assembling, preparing and setting up equipment prior to filming, which may include tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and leads, and headphones.
  7. Create animations, visual effects, music and sound effects for post video production.
  8. Brainstorm for creative ideas for content.
  9. Manage production timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to asset delivery.
  10. Planning of storyboards for clients.
  11. Identify areas for improvement in content production workflows and creative execution.
  12. Work closely with marketing managers, content strategists, designers, and other team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or Media or equivalent
  2. Streaming knowledge: Mastering of Zoom Meetings & Webinars capabilities and OBS/vMix. Other systems welcomed.
  3. Basic knowledge of audio visual lighting production.
  4. Knowledge of photography and videography skills
  5. Have technical knowledge to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment
  6. Have competency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere CS6, After Effects (Adobe), Lightwave, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. Especially in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  7. Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and independent.
  8. Need to have strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
  9. Having design / animation skill is a bonus.
