Job Title: Content Producer
Overview:
The Content Producer plays a pivotal role in bringing creative concepts to life from ideation through to final delivery. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage the end-to-end production process—developing ideas, planning shoots, coordinating resources, and ensuring high-quality execution. The Content Producer works closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging and impactful content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Conceptualisation
Collaborate with creative teams to generate original content ideas.
Translate concepts into scripts, storyboards, or visual treatments for production. - Pre-Production Coordination
Plan and organise shoot logistics, including casting, location scouting, and wardrobe selection.
Prepare essential documents such as call sheets, shoot schedules, and permits.
Align with stakeholders on creative direction and project objectives. - Production Execution
Oversee on-site video shoots and manage production teams and talent.
Operate video and audio equipment where necessary to capture quality footage.
Ensure production runs smoothly and aligns with the creative brief. - Post-Production Oversight
Possess working knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows.
Brief and coordinate with editors to maintain creative integrity through to final delivery. - Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Liaise with clients, agencies, and vendors to support production needs.
Facilitate clear communication across all parties to ensure timely and efficient execution. - Project & Logistics Management
Monitor production timelines and budgets.
Manage day-to-day logistics including bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Foundational knowledge of video production techniques.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Awareness of digital trends and social media content formats is a plus.
- Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut is advantageous.
