Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team in a newly created position of Content Marketing Manager. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute content strategies that will drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in branding, storytelling, and content performance analysis, with the ability to lead content creation and coordination across various platforms. What You’ll Do
  • Content Planning : Develop content marketing roadmaps aligned with each stage of the customer journey, from awareness through consideration, decision, and loyalty
  • Creative Production Management : Lead the creation of video, graphic, and copywriting content to effectively communicate brand values and stories. Build and maintain a centralized content asset library
  • Data-Driven Content : Establish content performance evaluation metrics (e.g., view completion rate, engagement depth, conversion contribution) and analyze their correlation with user lifetime value (LTV)
  • Cross-Channel Coordination : Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints including official website, social media, email, etc.
  • Take on additional duties and projects assigned to support the team and business objectives
Who You Are
  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing with a focus on branding and storytelling, ideally including experience in building a brand from the ground up
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools for content marketing and SEO
  • Excellent English oral and written skills. Additional languages knowledge would be a plus (German, Spanish, French, Japanese).
  • An understanding of Western culture is a plus, and familiarity with foreign media and social media platforms is preferred.

The successful candidate may have the opportunity to attend onboarding training in Shenzhen, China for 2 – 3 weeks
