A creative marketing firm in Singapore is seeking a Content Marketing Executive to develop and execute engaging content across various platforms. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with strong English writing skills and familiarity with Western social platforms. This position offers the opportunity to shape the brand's voice and engage with audiences creatively.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Executive who is passionate about storytelling, brand expression, and creating content that connects. You’ll work closely with our Senior Brand Manager to bring brand strategies to life through compelling content across platforms — from brand visuals and product messaging, to engaging social media posts and campaigns. This role will be key in shaping how our brand is expressed, experienced, and engaged with by our audiences across touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Core Brand Content Development
Assist in the planning and execution of core brand assets: product KV, brand decks, video storyboards, digital banners, and marketing toolkits
Coordinate with internal design team or agencies to ensure high-quality creative delivery
Organize and maintain brand asset libraries and content documentation
Plan and Execute Owned Content (Instagram / Facebook / Website/ etc.)
Support content calendar planning for key owned platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website)
Draft engaging social media copy in English that aligns with brand tone and target audience preferences
Collaborate with designers to deliver content on time and on-brand
Track and optimize content performance, summarize insights regularly
Social Media Engagement & Brand Voice Maintenance
Help manage day-to-day community engagement: responding to DMs, comments, and mentions
Monitor user feedback, social listening signals, and competitor content for inspiration and insight
Identify UGC (user-generated content) or customer stories worth amplifying
Support small-scale KOL outreach and content collaboration when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, brand communications, or social media
Strong English writing skills — clear, creative, and audience-sensitive
Familiarity with Western social platforms (especially Instagram & Facebook) and digital content trends
Strong sense of visual quality and brand alignment
Ability to multitask across multiple content projects, strong organizational and project management skills.
Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Basic Mandarin communication skills (for internal team interaction only)
Bonus: experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Figma, Notion, or similar tools.
