Job summary

Feel Fresh PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Content Producer to join our in-house team. You will script, shoot, edit and coordinate campaigns, working closely with the two founders to bring fresh ideas to life on a budget that moves fast.

The role blends creative writing with on-set direction, planning end-to-end campaigns, and analyzing what works to improve hooks. 1–2 years in content or marketing and a strong portfolio are essential; CapCut or Premiere experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write scripts for short-form video: ads, founder stories, product demos.

• Plan end-to-end campaigns: launch, angle, assets, calendar.
• Analyze performance and learn what hooks sell with the team.
• Contribute weekly ideas from TikTok, other categories, and everyday observations.

About Feel Fresh

We're a Singapore oral-care brand, started and still run by two founders. We make the things people actually use every day: a peroxide-free teeth whitening kit, a stain remover mouthwash, ultrasonic cleaners and UV cases for retainers and aligners, water flossers, and toothbrush sterilisers. We sell on our own site and on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada, and we are opening up Malaysia now.

We grew without a PR agency. The Straits Times, CNA and Mothership covered us because they came to us. Dental clinics started recommending our products because their patients kept bringing them in. Nearly all of that came from content we made ourselves, often on a phone.

The role

Almost everything we sell starts as a piece of content: a script, a shoot, an ad. You will be in the room where those get made. This is a hands-on content role for someone who is already making things and wants to do it full-time, with real budget behind it and the founders sitting two metres away.

What you will do

• Write scripts for short-form video: ads, founder stories, street interviews, product demos.
• Be on shoots. Plan the shot list, sort the props, hold the mic, and keep the day on schedule.
• Plan campaigns end to end: what we are launching, the angle, the assets, the calendar.
• See how it performs. You will sit with the performance and digital marketing side and learn which hooks actually sell.
• Bring ideas every week, from TikTok, from other categories, from things you noticed on the MRT.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years in content, social, video or marketing. A strong portfolio beats a strong CV, and fresh graduates with real work will be considered.
• You can write the way people talk, and take a note without taking it personally.
• Comfortable on a set: you can film, direct someone who is not an actor, and improvise when something breaks.
• Organised. Shoots have a hundred small parts and you will own them.
• You watch a lot of content and have opinions about why things work.

Nice to have

• Editing (CapCut, Premiere), Meta or TikTok ads exposure, experience briefing creators.

What you get

• S$3,500 to S$5,000 a month, depending on experience.
• Working directly with the two founders, not through three layers.
• Ownership of real campaigns within your first month, and the numbers to see what they did.
• A team small enough that your idea can be filmed this week.

Singapore-based role, in office with shoot days on location.
