Base pay range

$18,000.00/yr - $30,000.00/yr

We focus on cataloging all new condo pre development as well as providing up-to-date news on existing condos. Apart from Toronto, we cover other cities such as Vaughan, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Scarborough and more. So, if you’re planning on purchasing a luxurious condominium in the Toronto area, you’ve come to the right place.

The Role

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy that supports our marketing objectives and drives engagement.
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content, including property descriptions, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and more.
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent content production and distribution.
• Conduct market research to gain insights into our target audience and their content preferences.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Internet, Media & Entertainment and Real Estate.
• You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets.
• You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Editor or in a similar role, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
