Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Content Director with extensive experience in managing publisher relationships, client engagements, and production processes. The ideal candidate will drive the content strategy and grow our client's brand through brand activation, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and ROI effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring content strategies align with their business goals.
  2. Independently conduct analysis and develop insights and strategies to address clients' content gaps.
  3. Drive the creation of impactful, thought-provoking, and innovative content across various platforms and formats.
  4. Establish and uphold high creative standards, ensuring all work is conceptually robust and aligned with client branding.
  5. Oversee the development and execution of content that stands out in a competitive landscape.
  6. Manage the production process from concept through post-production, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  7. Collaborate closely with project management and media teams to meet client guidelines and expectations.
  8. Maintain project budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional results.
  9. Facilitate clear and timely communication within the team and with external stakeholders (clients, vendors).
  10. Promote sharing of learnings, ideas, and best practices through case studies.
  11. Contribute to broader company and departmental initiatives, aligning team efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in content strategy, focusing on branded content and partnerships/sponsorships.
  2. Familiarity with the FMCG industry is highly advantageous.
  3. Proven experience leading creative content teams or projects.
  4. Strong client management skills, with the ability to build relationships, understand needs, and deliver customized solutions.
  5. Creative eye to evaluate proposals and ensure delivery aligns with media and client objectives.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  7. Deep understanding of production processes across media formats, including video, digital, and written content, with emphasis on quality and compliance.
