Job Summary

The Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Singapore will play a crucial role in developing engaging content that represents our brand and resonates with our audience. This position focuses on creating visual and written content for our social media platforms, website, and other digital channels. You will manage our social media presence, engage with our community, and contribute to increasing our visibility and enrolment.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with the school’s goals and marketing strategies.
  2. Create compelling visual and written content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), website, newsletters, and other digital channels.
  3. Plan and manage social media campaigns that promote upcoming classes, events, and special programs.
  4. Capture photos and videos during classes, events, and workshops to showcase student work, faculty, and the school environment.
  5. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community.
  6. Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
  7. Collaborate with instructors and the management team to ensure content reflects our school’s artistic vision and brand voice.
  8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices in content creation.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in an arts, education, or creative field.
  2. Strong visual storytelling abilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent design/video editing software.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to write engaging, on-brand content.
  4. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and content scheduling tools.
  5. Strong photography and videography skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for the arts.
  7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
