Job description

We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Content Creator & Lead Generator to join our team. This dual-role position combines content creation with lead generation, aimed at driving brand awareness and growing the client base for our limousine and bus chartering services. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality content for our social media platforms while also identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to fuel the sales pipeline. This role requires a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, with a strong focus on customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop, design, and post high-quality content (videos, images, graphics, and written copy) that showcases our limousine and bus charter services, special offers, and customer success stories.
  • Create a consistent and engaging social media presence across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others, tailored to the unique audience of each platform.
  • Produce and edit videos/photos that highlight the luxury experience and convenience of our transportation services.
  • Write compelling copy for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and website content to drive engagement and attract leads.
  • Maintain and update content calendars to ensure a steady stream of content aligned with marketing goals, seasonal trends, and customer interests.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt and innovate content strategies.
  • Track and report on the performance of content and campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients (corporate clients, event planners, schools, travel agencies, etc.) through online channels, social media, business directories, and industry events.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate contact with cold leads, introducing them to our limousine and bus charter services.
  • Qualify leads based on service needs, size, location, and budget, and pass these qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Reach out to prospects through social media engagement, cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods to introduce the company's services and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients and ensure they receive personalized service.
  • Provide ongoing support for lead generation campaigns, including promotions, offers, and special events.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation (social media, video production, graphic design) and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact with leads.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Ability to balance creativity with a strong focus on sales and lead conversion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for storytelling, social media trends, and innovative digital content creation.
  • Previous experience in the transportation, event planning, or hospitality industry is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates who are passionate in advertising and sales or who have related internship experiences are welcome to apply.
    Portfolio or examples of content you have created (e.g., social media posts, videos, blogs) is preferred.
