Job summary

Xandro Lab in Singapore is seeking a hands-on producer to capture and share the brand’s behind-the-scenes story. You’ll film in our lab, warehouse, and office, and help turn authentic moments into engaging content across social channels.

You’ll work closely with the Art Director to translate brand direction into a steady stream of videos, while appearing on camera yourself and guiding viewers through the health- and science-adjacent storytelling that defines our brand.

Qualifications

• Experience producing and editing short‑form video content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Comfortable and confident on camera, including hosting or presenting.
• Experience working from brand direction with some ambiguity, rather than a fully scripted brief every time.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and produce short‑form video content across social platforms, on‑site at our Singapore office three days a week
• Appear on camera regularly, including shadowing and filming the CEO and co‑founder for founder‑led content
• Film the team and use our manufacturing and warehousing space to show the brand's operations to an outside audience
• Work with the Art Director to translate brand direction into a content and social calendar, without needing every detail spelled out
• Manage the full production loop: shoot, edit, publish, and track how content performs
• Build relationships with the team so filming becomes a natural part of how we work, not an interruption

Job description

We want people to see what actually happens inside a longevity supplement brand, not just polished ads. That means cameras in our manufacturing and warehousing spaces, team on camera, and a real behind‑the‑scenes presence across social. We need a producer who is as comfortable being in front of the camera as behind it.

About the role

3 years in, you'll have built a recognizable presence for Xandro across social, with the founders, the team, and the physical space (lab, warehouse, production) as recurring characters rather than one‑off content. You'll work closely with the Art Director on visual direction, taking their brand guidance and turning it into a steady stream of content, rather than needing a fully scripted brief for every piece.

What we're looking for

Required:
