A leading hotel is looking for a passionate Content Creator to produce engaging multimedia content. This role involves creating high-quality photo and video material, writing compelling marketing copy, and managing social media presence. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in content creation or digital marketing preferred, fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing photo/video work and creative styling direction.
  • Proficient in camera equipment and editing tools.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit in-house photo and video content for rooms, dining, wellness, events, and promotions

  • Provide creative direction and styling for professional photoshoots to ensure visuals are polished and on-brand

  • Capture short-form videos (e.g. Reels, TikToks) and behind-the-scenes content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, WeChat etc)

  • Write engaging captions and marketing copy in line with the hotel’s tone of voice

  • Create and manage content for social media, website, EDMs, in-room digital platforms, LED screens, internal/external communications etc

  • Work closely with departments like F&B, Front Office, and Housekeeping to uncover content opportunities

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to support ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and visual best practices

  • Coordinate with external creatives (e.g. photographers, videographers, stylists, influencers) when required

  • Support any other activities or tasks required by the Marketing & Communications team, including event coverage, internal comms, and media hosting

Requirements

  • Prior experience in content creation, social media, photography/videography, or digital marketing preferred but not a must — preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios in content creation will be considered as well.

  • Solid portfolio showing photo/video work and creative styling direction

  • Proficient in using camera equipment and editing tools (e.g. Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro)

  • Good writing skills and eye for detail

  • Able to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate across departments

  • Passionate about hospitality, food, travel, and creating meaningful and engaging content
