About the Company:

Mosaic Wellness is building digital-first health brands for elective health concerns. Its brands include:

  • Man Matters: A digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M+ men annually with issues related to hair loss, beard growth, fitness, and nutrition, offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.
  • Be Body Wise: An online women's elective health platform serving 4M+ women annually, providing personalized solutions and doctor consultations for hair health, body care, sleep, and nutrition.
  • Little Joys: An online health platform for kids, aiding 2M+ parents yearly with solutions for their child's physical, mental, and emotional development, including nutrition, immunity, brain health, and bone health, with access to experts.

This role is remote and part of a new brand and entity that Mosaic is launching.

The Role:

Ideal candidates are those who:

  • Understand brand building and can demonstrate qualitative knowledge.
  • Have a working knowledge of aesthetics and design in branding.
  • Are familiar with social media trends, especially Instagram; TikTok knowledge is a plus.
  • Can produce high-quality creative content across various brand verticals like social media, marketing, and content creation.
  • Can collaborate with influencers across timezones and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Work diligently, efficiently, and enjoy the creative process.
Responsibilities:
  • Research, Ideation & Brand: Report to the business head, contribute to brand strategy, research brand aesthetics and narratives.
  • Scripting & Content: Write, edit, and create content; liaise with agencies; strategize on briefs for videos and static content; collaborate with video editors and designers.
  • Influencer Relations: Ensure quality of influencer content and collaborate for desired outputs.
  • New Product Development: Contribute research insights for product launches.
  • Performance Marketing: Research effective narratives; use data insights to craft marketing strategies.
