Job summary

LeadIn Marketing Solutions PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic Content Creation Intern to support multiple client accounts.

You will write and design content across social posts, captions, articles, and campaign copy, all aligned to clients' revenue goals. Working closely with the founder, you'll turn campaign briefs into finished content quickly, maintain brand voice and calendars, and track performance to suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills in English, with ability to adapt tone across brands.
• Organised and able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related field.

We build and run marketing for the specific outcome that moves revenue for each client, from WhatsApp enquiries to webinar registrations to qualified sales meetings. The Role

You will handle content creation across all our client accounts. This spans social posts, captions, articles, and campaign copy for clients across recruitment, education, F&B, and franchising. Every piece of content you make should tie back to a client's revenue goal, not just look good.

What You Will Do

• Write and design content for multiple client accounts at the same time, including social posts, captions, articles, and outreach copy
• Repurpose long form content into platform specific assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
• Work directly with the founder to turn campaign briefs into finished content, fast
• Keep each client's tone, brand voice, and content calendar organised and on schedule
• Track what content performs and suggest improvements

What We Are Looking For

• Strong writing skills in English, comfortable adapting tone across different brands
• Basic design skills, Canva or similar. Adobe or Figma experience is a plus
• Organised, able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without dropping the ball
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Genuine interest in marketing that drives real business results, not just likes and views
