Job Title: Patient Information Associate (Contact Centre)

Sector: Healthcare / Customer Service

Location: Buangkok

Salary: Up to $2,800 per month

Working Hours:

• 3 Rotating shifts including morning (7am–2pm), afternoon (2pm–9pm), and night (9pm–7am)

Job Scope:

• Handle incoming calls and enquiries from patients and the public regarding healthcare services
• Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Perform administrative duties such as filing referral documents, maintaining department records, updating rosters, and preparing departmental reports
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or call centre environments preferred
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights
