A growing financial services company is seeking a skilled Consumer Finance Contact Centre Manager to oversee collections operations. You will lead a dynamic team to ensure high portfolio quality and optimize performance in B2C financial services. Fluent Mandarin is required for this role based in Yancheng, China. We're looking for someone with a strong customer-centric approach and proven team leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Collection experience in B2C financial services or a related industry.
  • Fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven team leadership within an inbound/outbound call center environment.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the inbound consumer finance and collections team.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive improvements across reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end collections for finance and levies portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, and IT.

A growing team in the lifestyle and travel membership space is seeking a skilled Consumer Finance Contact Centre Manager to oversee inbound support and collections operations. The role plays a critical function in maintaining high portfolio quality and optimizing customer financial services performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the inbound consumer finance and collections team, overseeing performance, quality, and compliance
- Ensure accuracy of financial data, timely account resolutions, and high customer satisfaction
- Drive improvements across reporting, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency
- Manage end-to-end collections for finance and levies portfolios, with a focus on minimizing defaults
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, and IT
- Develop staff and ensure high-performing service through training, coaching, and quality control
