What the role is:
RoleDigitalisation, Innovation, Data team under CIOO, responsible to:• Implement an environment of digital innovation and best practice, promoting use of technologies for the benefit of CSA stakeholders and systems.• Digitalise CIO Office workflows and processes using digital technology solutions.• Create and imbed an agile and prioritization approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools, and metrics to support CSA specific systems and new projects.• Explore digital solutions for digitalisation and data analytics using a range of techniques to responsively and effectively pilot and where applicable, successfully implement the platforms. Leverage Agile methodology approach that prioritises cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.• Manage the overall digital implementation (digitalisation and data) plan to ensure all technology solutions are managed effectively, are delivered on time and within cost. Working with internal CSA divisions and external agencies to ensure data is used securely and effectively in all CSA specific systems and projects.• Responsible for data management including data governance for all CSA related projects and systems as stipulated in IM8.
What you will be working on:
Responsibilities• Conduct technology explorations and demonstrations to promote awareness and citizen developer culture within CSA• Design and curate regular activities and events with the objective of promoting collaboration within CSA• Implement solutions and showcases in alignment with cluster objectives and key responsibilities• Partner with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and service providers to explore and introduce existing, new and emerging technologies to CSA officers• Co-create and co-manage CSA data function in alignment with WOG framework and standards• Provide thought leadership on developing cybersecurity capabilities within CSA.
What we are looking for:
Requirements• Degree qualification in in Computer Science / Information Technology, Information Security, Operational Technology, Engineering, or Cybersecurity related discipline.• At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in technology industry, threat risk assessment and IT governance.• Self-driven with excellent communication, writing, presentation and consulting skills to engage and influence stakeholders to align interests and build partnerships.• Strong interest in emerging technology, network security and cybersecurity threat capabilities.• Professional cybersecurity certifications e.g. CISSP, CISA, Agile Development are preferred.If you share our passion to make a difference in the cybersecurity ecosystem, take up the challenge and apply now.All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.For any issues with the application, you may drop your resume with us at csa_recruit@csa.gov.sg.Note: CSA will be shifting to Punggol Digital District (PDD) in year 2026.
