Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil and geotechnical projects. Responsibilities include managing project design, tendering, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with project management software and HDB’s infrastructure projects is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage design, tender, construction and handover for civil/ infrastructures, geotechnical and airfield projects.
• Manage project proposals, technical specification and compliance with Authorities requirements for tender, submission and construction.
• Project management, budgeting, claiming, coordination, supervising and design for civil/ infrastructural & geotechnical design and site works.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
• Liaise with project Stakeholders, Clients, other Consultants, Contractors, relevant Authorities.
• Asist Team Leader in maintaining high quality standards of design, supervision and guiding of young engineers and site staffs.

Requirements

• Degree/ Master of Project Management/ Civil/ Geotechnical Engineering or its equivalent recognized by PEB.
• Min 5 years working experience in Project management, Geotechnical/ infrastructural/ Civil engineering projects as a main Team player.
• Knowledge in scheduling, geotechnical & structural design software.
• Familiar with project management and Authorities submission requirements for civil/ infrastructure engineering projects.
• Familiar with HDB’s infrastructure project, civil and structural as well as pavement works will be an advantage.
