What role will you play?

You will be instrumental in driving Macquarie’s key strategic initiatives and navigating complex business issues, spanning strategic planning, revenue growth, business development, innovation, M&A, digital transformation, energy transition, and organisational change.

You will work closely with our businesses and senior leaders on a range of interesting and impactful projects that make a tangible difference to our business, clients and broader communities.

What you offer

  • Tertiary qualifications from a top university with strong academic results
  • 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 from a top management consulting firm, Investment bank or private equity firm
  • Track record of facilitating and delivering strategic projects and/or complex transactions that produce commercially sound and practical results
  • Demonstrable interest in cutting edge market and technology developments, curiosity about financial markets, and an entrepreneurial drive to identify and realise opportunities
  • Strong team player and collaborator who is comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
