About the role

Join the passionate team at Amber Beila Beauty as a full-time Beauty Consultant . In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert skincare advice to our clients. Working in our centrally located salon, you will play a key part in our mission to help our customers feel confident and beautiful.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering personalized skincare consultations, skin analysis & recommendation on each plans and products to customers based on each client's unique needs and concerns.
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere in the salon.
• Maintaining detailed client records and supporting with inventory management.
• Conduct professional sales pitches and convince prospects to purchase.
• Source for prospecting new customers and maintaining existing customers base to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attending training sessions to stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques and product knowledge.
• Build relationships with customer through knowledge sharing, positive attitude and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve personal and exceed shop sales targets.
• Arrange and follow up with customers for appointment bookings and other ad hoc duties.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer-facing beauty or retail role, with a strong passion for the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand client needs.
• Self-motivated in achieving sales targets.
• Service -oriented and Customer-oriented.
• Proven sales track record.
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of sales working experience preferably in the beauty industry.
