Job summary

A leading construction safety company in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Officer to implement and enforce safety policies, conduct site inspections, and develop safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of construction industry experience and a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health. A strong knowledge of WSH legislation and ISO standards is necessary. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower.
• 5+ years of experience as WSHO in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s WSH legislation and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Develop and review Safe Work Procedures and Risk Assessments.
• Report and investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
