Job summary

Qualifications

• Passionate about transforming operational processes through digitalization.
• Experience in end‑to‑end construction projects as an engineer or architect.
• Past experience with managing organizational changes due to process and IT system changes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and across different departments.
• Preferably possess Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent certification.
• Preferably in-depth knowledge of BIM technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on digital technologies for construction design.
• Collect business requirements for IT systems and map out workflows.
• Assess the impact of changes and implement change management plans.
• Coordinate vendor training for end users.
• Support IT department for operations and maintenance issues.
