Job description

PCE Build is a specialist contractor focused on high-qualitylanded housing constructionin Singapore. We are seeking aSite Supervisorwith solidstructural knowledgeand working experience inM&E and architectural works. The ideal candidate should havegood knowledge in landed house construction, and befamiliar with both substructure and superstructure works. This is a hands-on role that requires strong site coordination, quality control, and practical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for landed housing projects.

• Oversee substructure works including piling, footings, ground beams, and basement works (if any).

• Manage superstructure works such as columns, beams, slabs, walls, and roof structures.

• Coordinate and check M&E works (electrical, plumbing, sanitary, drainage).

• Monitor architectural finishes (tiling, carpentry, plastering, paint, doors/windows).

• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project team to ensure work is done according to specifications and schedule.

• Read and interpret structural, architectural, and M&E drawings independently.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain proper site housekeeping.

• Prepare daily site reports, track progress, and report issues promptly.

• Attend and contribute to site coordination and inspection meetings.

Requirements

• Open to Singaporean or Permanent Resident Only

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience supervising landed house or residential building projects.

• Strong knowledge of substructure and superstructure construction.

• Good understanding of architectural finishes and basic M&E services.

• Familiar with BCA requirements, local codes, and WSH regulations.

• Diploma or ITE Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.

• Able to lead workers and coordinate multiple trades on-site.

• Able to communicate clearly in English (Chinese an advantage for site communication).

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with landed property construction sequence and detailing.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and safety.

• Hands-on and willing to be physically present and involved at site.
