The role requires 10 years of experience in building and construction, professional conduct, and the ability to lead site operations from planning to completion. Competitive monthly salary ranges from SGD 4,500 to SGD 5,700.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Experience in quality control, site preparation, and supervising project issues.
• Proficient in safety meetings and coordinating production drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure work adheres to plans and specifications.
• Lead safety briefings, manage site safety practices, and attend safety meetings.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely progress.
