• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and building management.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment according to project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report delays, issues, and required corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, work progress, maintenance activities, and site incidents.
• Arrange and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Respond to building faults, breakdowns, complaints, and urgent repair requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and safe conditions within the building and surrounding areas.
• Assist with inspections, testing, handover, and completion of building works.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company procedures.
