Conducts productivity analyses to identify and resolve critical variances, ensuring project objectives are met.
Maintains accurate and current project documentation for archiving and project closeout.
Develops strategic contracting approaches for turnaround and construction efforts.
Implements best practices for turnaround activities into the construction plan, schedule, and execution, especially for scheduled and emergency refinery outages.
Ensures optimal use of personnel to reduce equipment downtime, enhance efficiency, control costs, and identify further improvement opportunities.
