Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site operations and workforce activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues or delays.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Allocate tasks and provide clear direction to workers.
Maintain daily logs, reports, and site documentation.
Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the project.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and standards.
Manage inventory and request materials as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
