Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure quality and progress according to schedule

• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to construction and safety standards.

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of work, materials, and equipment.

• Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and material usage logs.

• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and company policies.

• Provide clear instructions and guidance to site workers.

• Report daily progress and any issues to the Project Manager.

• Handle emergencies and resolve any work-related problems that may arise on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in site supervision or construction activities.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and other relevant safety courses is an advantage.
