Job Description & Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø The candidate must have knowledge of Rebar work. who should know how to prepare and deliver the necessary tools and equipment for the various work sites. Able to handle and rectify damaged tools and equipment.

Ø The situation of overtime working may be required when the project’s needs.

Ø Constantly needs to be reporting the work status to the manager.

Ø Must have experience of managing workers, and ability & knowledge to arrange work for workers.

Ø Capable of rectifying the site issues. Able to provide materials in case of any urgency in the workplace.

Ø Should be able to coordinate with the workers and co-drivers. Schedule & arranged the pickup area and timing with the co-driver’s morning and evening for all the workers.

Ø Always able to coordinate, support the workers at sites and office staff efficiently.

Ø Must check the tools working condition before bringing them to work sites.

Ø Must have the capacity to do the demolition work in case of a worker in shortage or when the work status about to end as teamwork.

Ø You will be the point of contact in any urgent works rise.

Requirements:

Ø Good communication skills and be patient with team mates are required.

Ø With 10 years construction sector experience and ever work in LTA projects.

Ø Can organize, arrange, guide PRC/NTS workers to work.
