Job summary

Infinity Electric Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site lead to manage electrical and carpentry work on-site, coordinating teams and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely, safe project delivery.

Responsibilities include planning and executing daily tasks, guiding workers, enforcing safety and quality standards, reporting progress to management, and adapting to additional duties as needed.

• Plan, organize, and execute daily electrical work under tight schedules and challenging conditions to meet project deadlines
• Manage and lead a site team to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to project plans
• Liaise effectively with Interior Designers, sub-contractors, and owners to coordinate work and resolve issues
• Monitor site operations to enforce compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
• Guide and instruct workers to perform tasks accurately according to drawings and instructions
• Report project progress and site updates clearly to the management team
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned to support project success
