Job summary

SO-QUME ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Site Construction Lead to coordinate multiple teams and ensure projects are completed on time while upholding stringent safety standards.

You will manage inspections, trainings, meetings, and reporting, oversee budgets and project plans, and communicate with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making. The role requires hands-on leadership on-site, strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and occasional travel to construction

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead teams to deliver quality construction work within strict deadlines
• Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards
• Develop and conduct training and team-building sessions to enhance team performance and collaboration
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations throughout all construction activities
• Perform inspections of equipment, materials, and construction sites to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to align project goals
• Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and project plans and present findings to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making
• Collaborate effectively with construction professionals to support project execution and problem resolution
• Maintain current knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry advancements to ensure best practices
• Manage administrative tasks including processing paperwork and traveling to multiple construction sites as required
