Job summary

HYLAND HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities, reading drawings and coordinating formwork, rebar, concreting, and surveying. You will supervise daily operations, ensure quality, safety, and timely progress across projects.

You will lead installation teams, plan manpower deployment, liaise with subcontractors, and report progress to the project team while maintaining efficient use of resources on site.

• Able to read construction drawings and interpret plans.

• Ensure on-site safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Read construction drawings and supervise formwork, rebar, concreting and surveying.
• Supervise and manage daily project operations to meet schedule and quality standards.

• Plan manpower deployment for site works.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials and consumables.
• Oversee works and resolve technical issues on site.
• Ensure works comply with safe work procedures.
• Report progress to project team on site.
• Liaise with main or sub-contractors for coordination and handling feedback.
• Manage all on-site matters and assist with technical issues.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Accept outdoor work; minimum hours Monday to Saturday.

Job Responsibilities

• Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork, rebar, concreting, survey.


• To Supervise and manage daily project operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with quality standards and company protocols.


• To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;


• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;


• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;


• To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;


• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;


• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;


• To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.


• To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.


• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.


• Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
