Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring they are followed.
- Resource Management: Managing labor, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
- Safety Management: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspecting work, ensuring adherence to specifications, and identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other tradespeople.
- Communication: Effectively communicating with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the construction process.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety reports.
- Budget Management: Monitoring project costs and ensuring work is completed within budget.
- Schedule Management: Monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules as needed.
